​Pricing and Payment

​

• For payments made via paypal, there is a sales tax added of now 9% (paypal now takes 3% fee on transaction, 5% conversion fee and 2% withdrawal fees)

• Alternatives to paypal are now welcome, such as E-transfer, money orders and cheques. No sales fees are needed on these kinds of payments

• ALL PRICES ARE IN USD

• Payment plans are available, 30-40% non-refundable down payment for material costs. Will not start work until half is payed

• Upon being accepted to the queue, please be ready to pay the previously mentioned 30% downpayment

​Refunds and project termination

​

• I generally don't offer refunds unless the work is not started & material not ordered or under certain conditions it can be discussed according to what has been completed.

• I cannot hold onto funds unfortunately with the program I'm in currently in my bank and don't trust paypal, though I am working to become independent from it. I can provide further info if needed

• he 30-40% non refundable fee for ordered materials stays in place regardless, which includes all my time spent on this project including messages

• Hours work includes researching materials, discussing the fursuit and the initial quote process & much more. Not just time spent building your project

• Under no circumstances will threats be tolerated, and can be viable reasoning for termination

 

Deadlines and ETA's

• I can not 100% guarantee a precise completion time, unless It's already been discussed. Even then, things can come up.

• I DO offer rush fees, I can put aside all my other work and occupations for 1-2 weeks to rush complete your suit in a short amount of time (so long as I have your materials in stock)

• On some occasions con delivery may be possible! Con rush and delivery fees can be discussed

 

Edits/changes

​

Minor changes are o k during the first steps of the commission. Once the fursuit is further along in progress and you want something large changed that was already confirmed it may be an additional cost for those changes. Please be 100% forward with details and wants/needs when you start commissioning me. I want to make a fursuit you love!

Changes or edits to the character design/concept after a quote is made may be extra especially if materials have already been ordered or progress has already been started

Ordering

• I prefer to work with individuals who are 18+ but if you have a parent/guardian or someone over the age of 18 willing to pay and speak with me on your behalf that can be discussed. My work is generally for adults only however

• The better the dtd, the better the bodysuit will be. Poor ductape dummies may result in the bodysuit not fitting as well.

• If you wish to keep your suit secret, please let us know! After they are shipped out and arrive safe and sound, we will use photos of the suit in our portfolio. If you want to remain anonymous that is totally A-ok.

• Commissions are not first come first serve. I choose projects that I'm passionate about and feel like they'll suit my style well. I'm always up for a challenge and trying new things!

Repairs & Refurbishments

​

At any time upgrades are welcome for previous costumes or current costumes being worked on. Don't be afraid to ask! This includes refurbishments, which are also available at any time with a cost ofc.

Normal wear and tear is to be expected! I craft my fursuits to be durable

 

Each fursuit has a one year warrantee that afterwards will be 30$ an hour plus material fees regardless of how big or small the repairs or changes may be

Fursuit info

​

• Most of my bases are 3d sculpted and made out of liquid foam casts, please just let me know what you'd like!

• Fur swatches will be provided for fur approvals, please clarify if there's a specific fur/fabric you wish to be used

• Progress photos and wips will be provided via Telegram, posted on twitter/instragram and the Telegram vip chanel

• I CAN work on provided bases, or buy bases at an additional cost. If provided it will not lessen the cost

• I DO glue small portions of my suits such as lining, eyes ect. Otherwise the fur portions are hand and machine sewn.

• Household with a cat! They aren't allowed near the fursuits but they're in the same area. We do have a air purifier meant for capturing fur and allergens in the room however and all fursuits are generally machine washable.
